A Workout Routine For Any Harried Mom #shakleeblogger

It’s that time again – I just wrapped up month 4 on the #Shaklee180blogger program.  This month our theme was activity.  I’m still a little lacking in a regular exercise program, but here’s a workout routine perfect for any harried mom!

All opinions given here are my very own. People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.

This is great! It is so hard to keep up with a regular exercise program, especially when you have little ones in the house!

I definitely feel you on the exercise. I love your around the house exercises! (PS loving the kid’s dance moves) but I also love my simple workout DVDs that make me feel like I am doing more than chasing a toddler. :)

I am sort of the opposite…my exercising is good, it is my eating that is crap (hard to turn down pizza). I go to the gym, but my new thing is looking for excuses to “be active” on nights and weekends. I bought myself a grabber and and go on walks around the neighborhood picking up trash (while streaming some podcasts), which makes it interesting and fulfilling as I feel I am accomplishing something instead of “just exercising”. I mow some of my older neighbors ditches, etc. I am sure you know, that once you sort of “get into it”, it can snowball and you want to keep going. Good luck!
