As a mom, I love seeing my kidlets use their imagination to have fun. I’m always on the lookout for engaging toys for them that are not only entertaining but also interactive. So when The Happy’s showed up on our doorstep they instantly found a home here.
The Happy’s are the newest sensation from Cepia, the makers of ZhuZhu Pets. They are an adorable line of interactive motorized plush pets. From doing tricks to racing after a ball, The Happy’s really play with you. These toys feature the playful charm of real puppies and kittens, The Happy’s love to spin, sit, pounce and play.
These furry creatures are aimed to please both boys and girls with kids training their new interactive pet to do tricks with interactive “Happy Treats.” Each of The Happy’s comes with a treat that unlocks a specific trick, such as pounce, chase, wiggle or beg. All of the treats work with any of the pets, so the more treats you have, the more tricks your pet can do!
- Bentley – No ordinary retriever, Bentley’s GOLDEN and comes with a blue Happy Treat bone. His favorite trick is to chase his tail.
- Chance – A Beagle that’s true to his name, Chance loves to explore and comes with an orange Happy Treat bone and will perform a jump trick.
- Sport – A sweet Goldendoodle, Sport comes with a red Happy Treat bone, is obsessed with chasing balls and loves to perform a wiggle trick.
- Mittens – A pure cotton ball white kitty, Mittens is anything but high maintenance! She comes with a yellow fish treat and loves to sneak up with a purrfectly-timed pounce.
The Happy’s can also show off dance and agility moves with special playsets and accessories including a sports car, skateboard, carrier and of course its own bed and blanket.
Check out this video that shows you exactly what The Happy’s can do:
The Happy’s work best on a hard, smooth surface and not a carpeted one. Each pet requires 2 AAA batteries – as do some of their accessories (i.e the Chase & Play Ball uses 3 AAA). The Happy’s pets, playsets, and accessories range in price from $5.99-$24.99 and are appropriate for kids aged 4+. They’re available now at major retailers including Toys ‘R Us, Target, Wal-Mart, Justice and Radio Shack. Be sure to visit The Happy’s to see and learn more.
